  • Duly completed Form 14A signed by you

Photo Guidelines

When submitting your visa application, it’s important to pay attention to the photo requirements. Here are a few guidelines to keep in mind:

  • The photo should be taken within the last three months
  • It should be clear and in focus, with a size of 35mm by 45mm and without any borders
  • The background should be plain white without shadows
  • Avoid wearing white headgear or plain white clothing (except if it’s worn for religious or racial customs)
  • Your full face and upper shoulders should be visible, with eyes open, and facing forward
  • Your hair should not cover your eyebrows or eyes

Visa Fees

Every visa application requires a processing fee of S$30. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application. Please note that our authorized visa agents may charge an additional Rs.500 service fee on top of the visa processing fee.

Important Notices

  • Incomplete forms or documents may result in the rejection or delay of your application.
  • The granting of a visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. Entry into Singapore is determined by Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officers at the point of entry. Visitors must also meet entry requirements such as holding a valid passport, having sufficient funds for the duration of their stay, and possessing a confirmed onward/return air ticket (if applicable).
  • The validity of your visa refers to the period during which you can seek entry into Singapore. The duration of your stay will be determined by ICA officers at the respective checkpoints.
  • It’s important to note that a Singapore visa is not an immigration pass. It is a pre-entry permission for the holder to travel to and seek entry into Singapore. The grant of an immigration pass will be determined by ICA officers at the point of entry. Simply possessing a valid visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. The period of stay granted will be indicated on the visit pass endorsement in your passport and is not tied to the validity of your visa.

Visa Transfer

If you have a valid visa of three months or more in your previous passport, you can transfer your current visa to your new passport. Our authorized visa agents can assist you with this process for a processing fee of Rs.500. Please note that visa transfer applications are only accepted on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We highly recommend transferring your visa to your new passport before your trip to Singapore to avoid any travel delays.
